AX-POS is an application for AXIS network cameras with recording on NAS or SD card. AX-POS records and stores the POS texts to display them along with the live or recorded video images. This eases the verification of the legitimacy of the transactions made and the analysis and reporting of exceptions.
The acquired data can be managed accessing to the camera interface via web browser from any external software, by using the integration API.
AX-POS is licensed software that is incorporated into the AXIS IP camera to record the POS data of the transactions as they occur and to display them later along with the corresponding video images.
La cámara graba el video de la zona de pago vigilada y lo guarda en el recurso elegido. Al mismo tiempo, la aplicación AX-POS instalada en la cámara recoge los datos de las transacciones de la fuente de datos:ATM, TPV, ECR…los etiqueta con la misma fecha y hora que las imágenes y los almacena en una base de datos en el mismo lugar donde se ha guardado el video y durante el mismo periodo de tiempo.
By accessing the camera interface via web browser or with a third-party software pre-integration, the user can retrieve the data from the transactions superimposed on live or recorded video, search images associated with a specific text or search for the transaction data by using the date and time of the images.
AX-POS record the transaction data and transmit, them at user request without interfering neither with the POS/ ATM operation or with the recording function of the camera.
AX-POS overwrites the POS data in real time on live and recorded video images. This makes easier the export of the video and data and permits, therefore, having visual control of the transactions.
It permits searching for images either by selecting the corresponding till receipt or by using the key-word search motor, which eases the detection of events and suspicions.
